i disregarded it as i was told this was fine after an adaptation. The car started to hang alot in 3rd gear, it did it a couple of times. a few days later maybe 100 miles in total, when in d mode.
The adaptation also cured the car banging into gear. shifts were faster, smoother, never hesitated again. The transmission felt new and crisp again. After this going on for too long, I decided to do a dsg adaptation thru vcds.
Another issue i had was periodically if I would creep forward, the car would engage in gear and then drop it, but it wouldn't rev, it would just get move a bit forward then harshly shudder and then it would proceed. After owning the car about 20k (bought at 90k) the car would sometimes bang three times into gear, when changing from neutral, drive or reverse.
